The NXTa double bass opens a new horizon for the ambitious bassist who is looking for a flexible sounding professional instrument. The basses are handcrafted to the highest perfection. Thanks to the high-end Polar TM pick-up system, pizzicato and arco techniques open up almost unlimited expressive possibilities. The solid maple wood for body and neck, combined with the bevelled fingerboard, delivers a rich, full tone and every note sounds right. The asymmetrical fingerboard design facilitates growling in the higher registers and delivers a clear, powerful low sound in the lower registers. The bridge and truss rod are adjustable and allow both extremely low string positions, for fast playing styles - but also a traditional high string position.
