The Little Devil Pre Amp is perhaps the best signal processor from Chandler. The Class A preamp stage sounds like no other Chandler preamp stage. It offers a big, open and lively sound .Almost every sound parameter can be changed, including both the feedback and bias of the amp. The feedback control results in a significant boost of harmonics over the control range. The type of overdrive and distortion also changes, ranging from a slight class-A overdrive to a pleasant smooth tube-like distortion. The sound character ranges from heavily coloured and distorted to slightly coloured and direct.Other features of the Little Devil Pre Amp include a selectable input impedance (high/low), a transformer-balanced line input for sound colouration when mixing and recording, a low-pass filter, a bright switch and much more.
