Wireless

For all those who move around a lot on stage, a wireless transmitting system is suitable. Such wireless systems are available with handheld microphones as well as with bodypacks, to which clip microphones, lavaliers or guitars and basses can then be connected directly. The receiver is stationary and can be easily installed in a rack. In addition to wireless microphones, there are of course also transmitters for in-ear monitoring. In this case, the transmitter is fixed and the receiver is a bodypack. There are also special wireless systems where both ends are mobile. Some of these are specially designed for use with DSLR and video cameras. Leading manufacturers in this category are: Sennheiser, Shure, AKG and LD-Systems.
