The MM 1 was developed for the calibration of ELA and PA systems. In conjunction with a spectrum analyser, the sound pressure levels of loudspeakers can be monitored in addition to frequency response measurements. The MM 1 provides valuable services for the investigation of sound signals in research, development and industry. Thanks to the slim housing with the offset microphone capsule, the influence on the sound field is very low, so that a pressure build-up at high frequencies is largely avoided. Due to the linear frequency response, a natural sound reproduction is achieved.
