The Sequential Trigon 6 desktop module offers the same massive sound and hands-on control over timbre shaping as the Trigon 6 keyboard. It has the same all-analogue signal path with discrete oscillators and filters, and the same high-quality digital effects. It also has the same intuitive layout with full-size knobs and switches that make creating new sounds quick and easy.
The Trigon 6 module sounds huge - just like the keyboard, because it's the same six-voice polyphonic instrument, just in a smaller form factor. And if you want even more polyphony, you can use the poly-chain function to combine any two Trigon-6 modules into an impressive twelve-voice synthesiser!

The Trigon-6 is Sequential's polyphonic version of the classic, thick and creamy analogue 3-oscillator-plus-ladder-filter sound that defined the dawn of the synth era. It's a sound that bridges genres and styles - now refined and redefined with Sequential's own modern twist.

At the heart of the Trigon 6 sound are three newly developed voltage-controlled oscillators (with triangle, saw and pulse waves) and an improved version of the ladder filter that Sequential developed for its Pro 3 monosynthesiser. The switchable 2/4-pole resonant filter design features dedicated Drive and Feedback controls that allow you to effortlessly go from silky and smooth to fat and crunchy with a simple knob turn.

Of course, the Trigon-6 has the full range of Sequential's must-have sound-sculpting features, including super-fast envelopes, a syncable LFO with multiple waveforms and destinations, a polyphonic step sequencer and an arpeggiator. Best of all, the knobs on the front of the Trigon-6 let you control these functions with your fingertips. And the pre-made collection of 500 factory and 500 user presets offers a wide range of basses, leads and pads to get any project going.

The dual effects section offers studio-quality reverb, delay (standard and BBD), chorus, flanger, phaser and ring modulator. The independent stereo distortion effect adds aggression when needed and is 100% analogue.
Adjustable vintage character
To add even more classic, organic warmth to an already classic synth, there's the Vintage knob, which allows variations in calibration and component behaviour from voice to voice. The vintage character can be adjusted from subtle to extreme to emulate the stability of a perfect modern instrument or a dated relic.

With all that the Trigon-6 has to offer, it's amazing that this analogue behemoth is housed in a desktop module light enough to carry in a backpack. And with Trigon's new MPE compatibility, this instrument is more playable and nuanced than ever before. It's the perfect choice for the project studio or the musician looking for the ultimate sequential synthesis experience.
