Very helpful to double the loop length of the MIDI slave (e.g. MIDI sequencer or [audio] looper). When using the divisor factor 1/8, 16 notes become half notes and an originally 1 bar long loop runs over 8 bars. And good for experimental musicians, especially when odd part ratios are chosen and MIDI master and slave seem to freewheel in relation to each other, but meet again from time to time in perfect synchronisation. In addition, it is possible to set whether only the newly generated MIDI clock with the MMC commands (Start, Stop, Continue) is output or whether the incoming data at the MIDI In is mixed in. All settings are automatically saved and loaded when the unit is restarted.
