The BOSS AB-2 is a practical helper when switching equipment: For example, you can switch two guitars in front of one amp. Or you can use the AB-2 to switch between two amps (or an amp and a tuner) with one guitar. The shape and size are already familiar to many guitarists from the popular and proven BOSS FS-5U (silver) and FS-5L (black) footswitches.
