With the 200 series, the Japanese company presents a new range of pedals whose models have 32-bit AD/DA conversion and 96 kHz sampling rate. The MD-200 unites all twelve effect sounds of the MD-500 and combines them with additional useful features, such as the ability to adjust modulation rates while playing via the tap tempo function or to loop in additional effect units that work either before or after the internal modulation.The two footswitches of the unit can be assigned to different functions if desired, in order to adapt the unit even better to one's own needs.The MD-200 can be powered by AA batteries as well as by mains adapter, a buffered bypass bypasses the pedal if desired.
