The Way Huge WHE800 Purple Platypus Octidrive MkII combines the gritty, buttery tones and amp-heating gain of the Red Llama Overdrive with a frequency doubler that creates an octave-up effect. Unlike most octave-up pedals, this amphibious stompbox sounds nice and you can use the effect for everything from eerie ring modulator effects to downright massive octave fuzz sounds. In addition to the original Volume & Drive controls, the Mk II ühas a Hi-Cut knob control that allows you to shape the sound to your own taste.
