Vemuram from Japan builds top class effect pedals. This is evidenced by various praise in the trade journals for the high quality of the sounds. The Myriam Fuzzentstand in collaboration with Josh Smith, a guitar virtuoso from the USA. The pedal makes an attempt to combine the best of 2 worlds. In terms of approach, it is a hybrid between silicon and vintage germanium transistor. The range of the tone is very wide and offers enough headroom to control the distorted tone from "spitting" fuzz to a smooth overdrive fuzz.
The copper and gold-look case alone makes an extremely classy impression and suggests care in the selection of components and their workmanship. Sonically, the user will not be disappointed. The circuitry was built entirely by hand. The sound turns out to be transparent even at higher gain levels.
"There are no bad sounds in this pedal. No matter where you set the knobs, you get a great tone. It goes out of the fire breathing silicon to cool warm germanium easily, it cleans like the best vintage fuzzes, and is more dynamic and organic, as any fuzz should be. ", says Josh Smith.
When it comes to fuzz, experience tells us that opinions differ. Vemuram should succeed with this throw, critics and doubters of a better way.
