Recently, Paul Reed Smith ventured out with a few floor pedals, and as you would expect from a manufacturer of the finest guitars, the manufacturer does not do things by halves. With Horsemeat, an overdrive pedal is presented that meets the highest demands in terms of sound. The sound is airy and transparent, without lacking the necessary pressure. Even at higher, admittedly maximum moderate gain levels, the sound remains pleasantly harmonious. Responsible for the effect are the good old germanium transistors, which are still considered a guarantee for creamy overtones.
The user does not need to worry about the manufacturing quality What PRS implements in guitars, of course, also serves as an obligatory standard for pedals.
