The TS9 and TS9DX, successors of the TS808, are the outdated tube screamers that many big stars have already used. Both models are now delivered with the original chip (TA75558) again, as it was used in most models at that time. The TS9DX offers three additional variants for optimal "low-end" crunch. The pedal is very versatile, as each setting is actually an overdrive in itself, yet the typical Tubescreamer sound is clearly audible in each position.
