The F1 is a single-channel preamp from the Legend Amp series, manufactured in Siberia. The 'F' in the model name is a reference to the direction the pedal sounds, just like other preamps in the series. Here it's all about Fender, in the narrower sense of reproducing the sound that an old Twin Reverb produces. And mine can do that, to the delight of die-hard vintage fans. The sound is basically warm, gain reseven is rather sparse, but that is not the point of the F1. After all, rock is quite possible. The 3-band EQ intervenes effectively. An effect path, which can be switched to parallel or serial via a mini-switch inside, proves to be a useful tool in interaction with other effects on the board. Conclusion: Successful!
