At Namm 2017 Squier presents a few novelties in the entry-level range. Based on the original Fender model from 1958, the Jazzmaster comes from the Affinity series. It knows how to set itself apart from the crowd with its simplicity and functionality. A solid lime body and maple neck, equipped with a rosewood fingerboard, are the components that produce a powerful tone, which is adequately transmitted by double-coil pickups. The comfortable C-profile and 22 cleanly dressed medium frets should make playing easy even for less experienced fingers.
