Jackson Pro Series Dinky DK2 Ash Baked White

Electric guitar
Jackson is known for building guitars that are clearly intended to appeal to rock guitarists of different styles, especially the older ones. Besides the Rhoads-, King-V or Monarkh-Shapings, the Dinky is one of the best known designs of the manufacturer. The modern Strat form leaves nothing to be desired in terms of ergonomics and ballance, even if the player likes to strap it on in the direction of the knee height. The DK2 is a solid rock guitar, no frills, reduced to the essentials, but with refinements that deserve attention. First of all, the ash body should be mentioned, which gives the sound spectrum the balance with an additional portion of punch that the genre requires. Two Duncans do their job and can be split by means of a 5-position switch, which even allows for pointed funky sounds in the clean range. The fixed bridge with string guide through the body guarantees long-lasting sustain and enormous tuning stability, which is optimally supported by the in-house locking mechanisms. The part "kettles" quite nicely. Jumbo frets, a wide fingerboard and a neck that is flat, even by Jackson standards, invite you to tap, sweep, shred and use all kinds of other wacky playing techniques.
