The Mikro has a 22" scale length (55.9 cm) in contrast to normal scale lengths of 24 to 25 (62.9 to 64.8 cm) and is therefore suitable for a wide range of applications.The Mikro is ideal for quick rehearsals at the last minute, for practising scales while waiting for a download, for young guitarists who have just jumped on the rock bandwagon and for anyone else who is more comfortable with a smaller body and neck. Moreover, it's an ideal practice guitar to take with you on the road in the tour bus or on the back seat of the limo. And finally, a different scale length also offers other tonal possibilities: higher tuning, thicker strings, etc. Experimentation is expressly permitted!
