The AZ2204 is a modified version of one of the most popular models from the USA, which has been writing music history since the early 1950s.Ibanez would not be Ibanez if the designers did not use their experience from decades of guitar building. The finish, features and sound make the instrument an ideal tool for the studio, stage and rehearsal room.In terms of playing technique, everything is geared towards comfort and feel-good moments. The instrument conveys the familiarity of an old acquaintance.
The pickups, developed in cooperation with Seymour Duncan, give the sound a lot of character. Especially the intermediate positions are pleasing, the double coil in the bridge position gives a lot of pressure without mashing. By means of an extra toggle, alternative pickup circuits can be selected.
