Country and rock'n'roll are the associations that come to mind when the name Gretch is mentioned. The Streamliner is such a rockabilly fiddle. The sustain block and the visually appealing Broad Tron pickups allow for a harder sound. Nevertheless, the addressees of this model are more likely to be the guys with a greasepaint and ducktail hairdo. The fact is that several guitarists of the genre, Brian Setzer, Scotty Moore (2016), the unforgettable Eddy Cochran (1960) had (and still have) a great influence on the development of contemporary pop and rock music.
Solid manufacturing, individual design and pleasant handling are the attributes that characterise the G2622T. Due to production in Asia, the price remains very reasonable.
