Epiphone SG Custom LH Ebony
The current models have been modified and are even more similar to the American models. The SG Custom is the top model of the series, recognisable by the gold-coloured hardware and the binding around the fingerboard and headstock. Made of solid mahogany, the guitar has been equipped with the in-house PRO-Buckers, pickups inspired by the old PAFs of the 50s. As a result, the Custom sounds SG.typical, a slim tone with character and assertiveness.
In terms of playability, there is nothing wrong with the guitar. The slim neck profile encourages fluent solo playing. Powerful riff work is just as effortless. Visually, the instrument makes quite an impression and should be worth considering even for demanding tinkerers.
