With the Studio 10 series, the British manufacturer has developed amplifiers that, who would have thought it, are intended especially for use in the studio. Since power amp tubes are naturally quite different in their characteristics, the manufacturer starts with three versions. All three amps have a 12-inch Celestion speaker in common, which may be taken as justification for the studio suitability.Inspired by quite a few amplifiers, the amp is driven by a powerful KT-88 power amp tube and an ECC83 in the preamp stage. The Studio 10 KT-88 benefits from the massive headroom of the tube and is ideal for lovers of dynamic, modern clean sounds and focused high-gain overdrives. In addition, the patented ISF function offers high flexibility in terms of dynamics and response.
