Electrically, the bass is relatively simple, each pickup has its own volume and treble control, plus a three-way switch for pickup selection. The special feature of the Rickenbacker 4003 is the „Rick-O-Sound“-feature: the bass has ütwo jack sockets, one of which is intended for stereo operation, i.e. you can process the signals of the two pickups separately, as we already know from a certain Lemmy Kilmister. Of course, the bass is made of absolutely high quality, typical for Rickenbacker. Besides the first-class finish, the body binding and the triangle inlays in the fingerboard made of Caribbean rosewood provide elegance in connection with the characteristic design of the instrument. Of course, the bass is delivered in a high-quality Rickenbacker hard shell case. Specifications
