Jackson Concert basses are solid-bodied instruments in the lower price range, dedicated to the rocking offspring. Two powerful double coils deliver a sound that generates pressure and assertiveness. The design, which can be described as "classic", is known for playing comfort and optimal ballance and can be handled comfortably while playing or sitting down, even during longer rehearsals or gigs.
The neck is equipped with a so-called "compound" fingerboard radius, which flattens towards the body. This creates advantages in terms of feel and speed even in the upper registers.
The JS Concert four-string is more than an entry-level model, considering workmanship and playability. It offers a lot of bass for little money.
