EFNOTE 5 E-Drum Set
The 4-piece EFNOTE 5 sets new standards with its excellent sound and the extraordinary pads made of 6-layer birch shells. The EFNOTE 5 is an absolute world first - experience a new dimension in the e-drum sector!
Elaborately produced multilayer samples provide the outstandingly lifelike sound. Each of the 98 factory sounds consists of 127 individual samples, resulting in exceptionally high dynamics. The sounds are all editable, and 128 user memories are available for your own creations.
The compact sound module has a sturdy metal housing and is operated via a touch screen LC display. With its clearly structured menu, even inexperienced users can quickly access all functions and settings. The sounds can be tuned (Tuning), muffled (Muffling) and adjusted (EQ). In addition, there is a virtual mixer that can be used to individually adjust the volume of the sounds and route them to the outputs as desired.
The integrated metronome and rhythm box are ideal for practising. Songs and play-alongs can also be streamed into the module via Bluetooth. The EFNOTE 5 module also has a built-in USB audio interface that can transfer 8 tracks digitally to the computer. In addition, there are 2 analogue outputs. The EFNOTE 5 is equally suitable for live and studio use as well as for teaching purposes.
Snare, tom tom and stand tom have high-quality, 6-layer birch shells, are covered with mesh heads and equipped with three sensors each. This multi-trigger technology ensures a uniquely high sensitivity and extremely precise response. In addition, the snare has a third playing surface. This enables a 100% accurate separation between cross stick and rim shot. Faulty triggering is therefore absolutely impossible. The 16" bass drum is equipped with 2 triggers, making it ideal for use with a double-foot machine.
The cymbal pads, including the hi-hat, can be played 360°, i.e. from all sides. This means that a device that prevents the cymbals from twisting is no longer necessary. The crash and ride cymbals are generally triple zone pads that can be played on the rim, the face and the bell. In addition, all cymbal pads have a choke function for manual stopping.
Finally, the innovative hi-hat pad, which does not detect its position via an ordinary sliding contact, but works with several optical sensors, ensures accurate and highly sensitive playing behaviour. The EFFNOTE 5 comes with double-braced snare and cymbal stands.
