The 900 series is of course also available without colour.The Color Sound saga continues. As early as 1984 Paiste showed coloured cymbals with the COLORSOUND 5 cymbals.Stewart Copeland's Blue Bell Ride, Aquiles Priester's Giga Bell Ride and Danny Carey's Dry Heavy Ride followed later.Not to forget the black Alphas by Joey Jordison.The coloured coating is extremely resistant and shortens the sustain a bit, the cymbals sound a bit drier.
